(LĐXH)- The Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MoLISA) in collaboration with the International Labour Organisation (ILO) held a policy dialogue on March 13 on international standards related to child labor in the context of international trade commitments.

Vietnamese women do not have access to many decent job opportunities as gender prejudice remains in the labour market, heard a policy event on women’s participation in the labour market held in Hanoi on March 7.

(LDXH) On November 7th, Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs Doan Me Diep had a meeting with the Japanese Ambassador Okabe Daisuke, on the occasion of his new term in Vietnam.

(LDXH) On October 25th, the 3rd ASEAN Ministerial Meeting on Women with topic "Social Security for Women and Girls Toward ASEAN Vision 2025" was held in Hanoi. Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc attended the Meeting and had the opening speech.

(LDXH) - On October 23, the 17th Meeting of the ASEAN Committee on Women (ACW) took place in Hanoi. There were 10 Heads / Focal Points in charge of the ACW, delegations from 10 ASEAN countries and representatives from the ASEAN Secretariat attending the meeting.

(LĐXH)-On October 22, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) in coordination with the ASEAN Secretariat, the European Union (EU), Enhanced Regional EU-ASEAN Dialogue Instrument (E-READI) held the ASEAN-EU Dialogue on Gender Equality and Empowerment of Women and Girls.

(LDXH) On October 4th, 2018, the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and the Korea Agency for Occupational Safety and Health (KOSHA) held the signing ceremony of the Technical Cooperation Agreement 2018 - 2021. Attending the ceremony were Deputy Minister Le Tan Dung, Mr. Lee Chul Woo - Vice Chairman of KOSHA, Mr. Ha Tat Thang , Head of Department of Work Safety (MOLISA) and leaders of some relevant units.

(LDXH) From 27-28 September 2018, MOLISA in collaboration with the International Labor Organization (ILO) organized the 7th ASEAN Labor Inspection Conference in Ho Chi Minh city.

(LDXH) On August 1st 2018, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA), the Organizing Committee of the 3rd ASEAN Women's Ministers Meeting (AMMW) held first meeting to prepare for the conference which will be held at the end of October. Deputy Minister Nguyen Thi Ha participated in the meeting as chairman of the Organizing Committee.

(LDXH) On August 2nd, Prime Minister Le Tan Dung had a meeting with Mrs. Astrid Bant, The United Nations Fund for Population Activities (UNFPA) Representative in Viet Nam.
