MoLISA Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan received the President of IM Japan

(LĐXH)- MoLISA Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan had a meeting with Mr. Kanamori Hitoshi - President of the Japan’s International Human Resources Development Organization (IM Japan) on November 10.
Speaking at the reception, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ba Hoan expressed his pleasure to welcome the President of IM Japan to visit and work at the MoLISA.
He highly appreciated the strategic partnership between Vietnam and Japan in general, and the good relationship between the MoLISA and IM Japan in particular.
The Deputy Minister said that after 18 years, the program of sending interns to do technical internships in Japan under the Agreement between the MoLISA and IM Japan has achieved very good results.
To date, the program has sent more than 8,700 interns, of which 7,290 entered Japan for the first time and 1,434 interns re-entered the country.
The Deputy Minister also requested the President of IM Japan to pay attention to improving the remuneration for Vietnamese interns participating in the program in accordance with the general level of other receiving unions; as well as being interested in continuing to resume cooperation agreements on human resource development for poor Vietnamese youth from the Public Welfare Fund.
In the coming time, Mr. Kanamori Hitoshi hopes to further promote the reception of Vietnamese interns for technical internships in Japan according to the Agreement between MoLISA and IM Japan.
In addition, he also said he would try to improve salaries for interns in the future, along with paying more attention to training and the working environment for Vietnamese interns./.
